Welcome to Pottery U Paint. By accessing or using www.potteryupaint.com, booking services, purchasing products, or participating in studio activities, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Studio Services

Pottery U Paint offers walk-in pottery painting, private parties, camps, workshops, classes, special events, and gift cards. All services are subject to availability. Pricing may change without notice.

Reservations and Payments

Some bookings require full or partial payment at the time of reservation. Party and event deposits may be non-refundable. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Class, workshop, and event cancellations must be made at least [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 24 or 48 hours] in advance unless otherwise stated. Late cancellations may result in forfeited fees. Private party deposits may be non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability at our discretion.

Studio Policies

Guests agree to follow staff instructions and studio rules at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minor children. Pottery pieces require kiln firing and glazing, and variations in color, texture, or finish are a normal part of the artistic process and are not considered defects. Pottery U Paint is not responsible for breakage once items have been picked up.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in studio activities involves minimal inherent risks including the use of paints, tools, and ceramic materials. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities except where caused by our gross negligence.

Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during classes and events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify staff at the time of your visit.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated informational and marketing text messages from Pottery U Paint. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at pupcommand@potteryupaint.com or 321-442-9611. Pottery U Paint is not responsible for delayed or failed message delivery.

Intellectual Property

All website content including text, logos, graphics, images, and branding is the property of Pottery U Paint and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
