Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your party at Pottery U Paint, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to work with you to find a new date or provide a refund if the notice is given within the required timeframe. However, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee to cover the costs of preparations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
